Stayed here before, liked staff and food. The room was huge with balcony in the sun and had iron and ironing board, an electronic key card, and a work desk.

Staff and rooms - everything was good. Lots of food available in the restaurant.

This is an enchanting place to stay in St Austell. The units are luxury, gorgeous with balcony in the sun, rain shower plus comfortable bed.

It's pleasant place to stay 3 km away from a historical museum. Nice dishes, central location.

Clean hotel, brilliant staff, unbeatable location close to centre. The lounge area had fantastic meals. I liked my room, it was immaculate and luxury with balcony in the sun.

It was a fantastic experience in a relaxing hotel. Respectful staff, best possible location, reasonable value. Besides, it was approx 10-15 minutes' walk from downtown, that worked for us.

It was clean, staff was welcoming. Lovely bedrooms and a big bathroom.

Bathroom was luxury, room was well laid out, freshly cooked breakfast. I slept so comfy in the really big bed. A secluded beach, worth every penny view. Reasonably clean place, good value...

This place is traditional because of the stunning location and the garden views. The breakfast was gorgeous and there were a good choice of options. Loved staying at the luxury room. It is reasonably priced: )

Wide balcony in our room was large. Pool available in the hotel.

The lovely sunny balcony was a bonus. Stay in this hotel if you wish to explore Charlestown Shipwreck Centre. Niles pentewan cafe, set within 10 minutes' walk, was the best for dining.
